Role Summary:
The QC Inspector will monitor repair operations, conduct receiving inspection, in-process inspection and ensure products and services are meeting the quality management system, customer requirements, engineering specifications and appropriate industry / regulatory standards.

Essential Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:
• Verify and inspect raw materials, finished products, and vendor products per drawing,
Engineering BOM and customer’s requirements and industries standards
• Identify, label and generate quality reports as well as non-conformance reports for all defective
• Interface and co-ordinate with customer’s representative for customer concern reporting
• Ensure control and maintenance of all quality related documents for its retention period
• Perform quality inspection for product and services manufactured in-house and by suppliers,
ensure suppliers are performing per engineering specifications and comply with all quality
assurance procedures
• Use measuring instruments for in-process inspection, ensure all measuring equipment used in
the shop are working per its specific requirement
• Schedule and calibrate measuring and test equipment, ensure all measuring and test equipment
are performing to its intended requirements
• Perform other quality related activities assigned by Site/Quality manager

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil field environment with knowledge of API 6A and Q1.
• Ability and willingness to work varying shifts and irregular hours, as required

Desired Characteristics:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
• Proficient with measurement equipment/tools.
• Wellhead experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prefer API 6A knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
• Ability to read and apply blueprints and established procedures
• Level II Disiplines in Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penatrant Exam
