Essential Responsibilities: Architect and design technical solutions to complex business requirements. Evaluate requests for enhancements and determine potential impacts to the current system design and configuration. Code complex and integrated customizations and solutions using PeopleTools and related technologies (SQRs, Application Engines, Continuous Integration (CI), PeopleCode, and XML). Provide support and maintenance of existing customizations and application functionality. Triage and debug production issues (data, code, performance, and security). Review technical designs to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Train and mentor less experienced resources.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in STEM major (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and 4 years of related experience. Position also requires 4 years of experience with PeopleTools and related technologies (PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and COBOL); and PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules (Payroll, Benefits, and Pension Administration).
