Essential Responsibilities: -Lead the IH aspect management, analyze the gaps between operation and standards/regulations and propose solid action plans to address the gaps; Initiate and maintain long-term improvement programs to continually monitor and improve our operations in terms of EHS; -Develop necessary tools for data management and analysis, ensure data are well maintained and analyzed properly -Track and push the implementation of established EHS programs and tools; - Managing and coordinate relevant audits and reviews to meet company and country compliance/regulatory requirements; - Deliver/support training for employees and contractors as necessary with regard to EHS; - Review EHS associated projects to ensure facilities meet all regulatory and business requirements -Traveling to Project/Service site for EHS support as necessary - Performing other duties, as needed (i.e. energy saving, emergency preparedness, fire protection, ergonomics, contractor safety, security access control and crisis management, such as emergency response plan and business continuity plan...) -Communicate with relevant departments and local authorities regarding IH and EHS affairs; - Other duties assigned by EHS leader.
Qualifications/Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree - 10+ years’ working experience and minimum 5 years in EHS in a multi-national company, have IH improvement experience -necessary certification at least a Certified safety Engineer holder - Familiar with EHS management system - Fluent in English - Work under pressure, positive - Stick to principle, open & direct, not afraid of pointing out problems. - Good communication skills, good team player, work independently - Good at Office Software (Word, Excel, Power point), skillful in data analysis.
