Role Summary: Develop goals and objectives from company strategy with personal business insights and lead channel partners to promote assigned products and solutions in Taiwan with clear focus on industries and key accounts, so as to improve market share and achieve quota
Essential Responsibilities: Developing new accounts and maintaining installbase customers together with channel partners in specified area and/or industries, to achieve quarterly and yearly quota. Setting goals and tactical plans according to company strategy Updating knowledge proactively, keeping focus on vertical market trends, competition situation, product feature and customers’ requests etc., and making the mid to long term business development plan Customizing marketing events under the support of marcom, improving reputation in vertical markets Working with SFDC tools, updating all information timely, such as accounts, opportunities, QMI forecast and etc. and keeping the pipeline amount in current quarter greater than 3 times of quarterly quota. Leading the channel partners to discover and track opportunities with proper tracking and closing strategy, building customer relationship and improving win rate Coaching channels, developing local channel strategy and executing together with channel manager. Coordinating the resource inside GE to solve customers’ problems and improve customers’ satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements: At least 8-year experience in automation products and solution selling, with channels. Familiar with GE PLC and HMI products with capability of presenting in seminars individually and limited capability of onsite technical support. Familiar with funnel pipeline management with firm experience in CRM software Familiar with all or part of the following industries and customers, municipal, metro, port machinery, hydro, power generation and semiconductor etc. Good communication skills and presentation skills Passion, professional and team work Available to travel frequently, even outside of Taiwan Onsite technical support capability will be preferred Experience in closing mega deals and developing key accounts will be preferred
