Essential Responsibilities:

  • Continuously - - Support the Sourcing Team by providing new or redesigned sustainable processes with state of the art tools-kits to deliver on strategic goals and imperatives
  • Develop and Present IT System Enhancement project plans for approval by executive team and manage cross functional teams to deliver against stated goals on time, on budget and in full
  • Manage priorities / expectations across the business in relation to system issues / developing system enhancements
  • Act as a “one stop shop” to advise Requestors and Sourcing Team on Sap and Oracle SSP related questions and issues and either act to solve, provide training or link them with appropriate resources for solutions
  • Maintain various business data in ERP and Sourcing systems and provide meaningful BI reports based on agreed specification either on regular base on by ’ad-hoc’
  • Work Close with the Sourcing Leader to drive and implement Operating rhythm to ensure Organization is running to its best capabilities
  • Ensure all Sourcing related process documentations and training materials regularly reviewed and are kept up to date
  • Lead preparation for quality and business audits of the Sourcing team and ensure successful results and outcomes
  • Develop and launch measurement tools and dashboards on key function KPI’s including monitoring contracting, e-bidding payment term and cost out progress


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • University/College degree in Business or Engineering
  • Sourcing or Supply Chain process experience, IT interest or experience is an advantage
  • Fluent Hungarian and fluent in written and spoken English, additional languages are advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills
  • Advanced MS-Office and data management skills, ERP system user knowledge is an advantage
  • Creative and Analytical mindset
  • Passion for setting and meeting aggressive goals
  • Openness for new initiatives, fast learner, proactive
  • Driven by quality and cost consciousness
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong work ethics with unyielding integrity
  • Team player attitude
  • Proven record of participation in cross-functional projects or Project management experience
