Role Summary: Responsible for all aspects of order fulfillment and production control for Conversion area. Responsibility is for managing the area from order entry through shipment to the customer.
Essential Responsibilities: Key responsibilities/essential functions include: • Production line ownership from order to shipment • Investigate new orders for materials, capacity, configuration errors, and any other potential problems • Schedule build plan for production lines/assigned area • Prioritize daily production launches, testing, sample orders and shipments and communicate with clear visibility to all stakeholders • Monitor and track open order status through production, shipping, and delivery • Maintain backlog statistics reports • Daily communication for unfinished order escalations • Manage SCOT performance for the conversion, including identifying potential defects and scheduling actions for improvement to ensure timely resolution and improve on-time shipment performance as well as reporting on SCOT performance to the site • Manage inventory level at a healthy status • Work closely with manufacturing team on productivity improvement for better fulfillment

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4. Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management (or related field) plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience in distribution/operations/supply chain or order management 2. Experience working in a cross functional, highly matrixed environment 3. Proven experience with influencing others without a direct supervisory relationship 4. Proven ability to execute, multi- task and deliver on commitments. 5. Ability to communicate in English
Desired Characteristics: 1. Masters in Logistics, Materials or Supply Chain Management 2. Oracle order management experience 3. BB/GB experience 4. Six Sigma trained with demonstrated ability to apply tools and process rigor 5. OMLP graduate
