Role Summary: The Revenue Leader will support and execute the revenue plan and strategy for the business by playing an instrumental role in helping to turn wins into orders and revenue. From effective project management and cross functional coordination to accurate forecasting and proper inventory and manufacturing planning, the Revenue Leader is a key part of the sales cycle. The Revenue Leader will report directly to the Commercial Operations Director.
Essential Responsibilities: • Act as a business partner to deliver the overall revenue commitment for Canada • Drive improved Linearity on revenue execution throughout the quarter • Optimize costs as we execute on revenue through close interaction with horizontal team (project managers, logistics and service) • Generate, update and distribute equipment backlog reports on a weekly basis • Maintain opportunity status weekly in the Local Forecasting tool • Lead backlog scrub calls with the order management and project management teams to ensure appropriate tracking of revenue commitments • Track order forecasting through follow up with sales teams • Lead participation on US & Canada revenue escalation calls to ensure appropriate escalation of “at risk” orders • Strategically and accurately forecast equipment needs to modality operations leaders on a quarterly basis based on backlog, sell and install and upside opportunities • Work closely with PSI leaders to ensure product availability during peak periods • Lead revenue discussion in biweekly pulse calls and quarterly plenary session including fulfillment and risk mitigation • Consistently demonstrate understanding and accurate interpretation of GE and customer’s terms and conditions and the implications/risks associated with such terms and conditions specific to revenue recognition • Drive Continuous improvement and Simplification on Revenue processes and tools
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree 2. 6+ years of experience in Sales/Services and/or Operations roles 3. Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization 4. Advanced Excel skills 5. Demonstrated experience in prioritizing competing demands from multiple business clients in an extremely fast paced environment. 6. Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly both verbally and in writing 7. Good business knowledge and understanding 8. Action and results oriented 9. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships 10. Reliable, responsive and attentive to detail
