Role Summary: Responsible for Continuos Improvement Plan in assigned business/Functions,driving the required cultural change in association with Senior Leadership. Has comprehensive knowledge of underlying principles, approaches and methodology.

Drive & foster a Continuous Improvement culture, where the whole team owns transformation plan.
Lead complex & interfunctional improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance. Constantly seek, share, and implement best practices
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional team empowered to execute the Lean Six Sigma strategy for process improvement
Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders,
Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.
Facilitate, train, and coach other team members in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools
Partnering with Digital in roadmap to Brilliant factory.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Strong experience as a Master Black Belt and robust experience in leading operations roles in complex manufacturing environment
Seasoned and deep understanding of manufacturing processes
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Fluency in Italian and English
EU Work Permit
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong relationship & leadership skills: able to influence, motivate and work effectively within a matrix environment
Certified, or in process of certification Lean Six Sigma
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
