Essential Responsibilities: Working with Globalization Program Leaders to identify strategy with the materials Value stream Map(VSM) and cost analysis Working with sourcing, modality engineering and Variable Cost Productivity(VCP) leaders to implement the strategy by building business case and exercising strong influence skills for funding and resource decisions to turn funnel opportunities into reality Leading global and cross-functional teams to drive flawless execution of supplier transfer project by following Phase Review Discipline(PRD)process and utilize Electronic New Product Introduction(eNPI) to ensure quality as well as meet schedule cost target Supporting global sourcing team to drive Toyota model implementation in Low Cost country and identify GE Healthcare Sourcing strategies for assigned purchase families based on country/region technology expertise analysis Working closely with global and region sourcing leaders to leverage Low Cost Country(LCC) supplier to drive Material Cost Reduction(MCR) Take part in WWPP/S1 to drive Life Cycle Cost contents in product roadmap, and meeting hard matrices on Life Cycle Cost spend and Material Cost Reduction(MCR) operating Plan.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor degree 3 years experience in Project or Program Management experience
