Role Summary: Ownership, design, expert support for the broad range of Compensation & Benefit activities and services, including Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility. Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.
Essential Responsibilities: Individuals and experts providing design, delivery and expertise in both compensation and benefits, as well as any corresponding compliance requirements, systems and tools. Can also include plan sponsorship for affiliate and other plans. Includes those who lead C&B teams, and/or the operations for such teams. Advises Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems. Has a role as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects.
