Role Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for creating/modifying the Costing details for New and Existing employees in MENAT for Hosted employees. Support the Travel and living Reconciliations and work on the closure of Open items also should identify and work on the root cause of the Travel and living and Employees Reference ID disconnects.

Essential Responsibilities:
Reference ID
• Review and Identify the Open Jobs report for new hires/internal transfers
• Create costing details for the new employees and update their details in OHR systems for Payroll & T&L purposes
• Maintain and Resolve for any costing related issues in SC Dataform library reporting tool related for R2R
• Access maintenance of the SC dataform across MENAT complying to the policies
• Updating the billing details of existing employees at R2R requests in supported ERPs’
• Supporting various stakeholders on costing details
• Maintenance of GLID mapping for all MENAT ledgers
• Monitor the Subsystem/source balances which should be in sync with the local Travel and living ledgers and flag the disconnects immediately
• Identify the related issues and work towards their elimination at regional level
• Support on the review of the account reconciliation and identify the root causes for the open items and work with the local teams to get these resolved
• Supporting the R2R on feed error corrections and Working at quarter end to clear the Travel and living balances in sync with the HQ requirements
• Adhoc analysis for Travel and living related activities

 Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance and Accounting)
 Minimum of 4 years related accounting or finance experience
 Strong analytical skills
 Fluency in English (written & spoken).
 Practical experience working with MS Word, MS Excel , MS Powerpoint
 Sensitivity to accuracy, confidentiality & timeliness
 Excellent communication & execution abilities.
