Role Summary:
Join GE in Inside Sales. The Commercial Department is one of the fastest growing functions within GE Global Operations, employing over 150 skilled commercial professionals. The Remote Account Management (RAM) team is responsible for the full sales cycle within industrial solutions, a GE Energy Connections sub-business.

Essential Responsibilities:

    Through Strategic Consultative Sales the team focuses on delivering high value by driving sales growth, providing sales support activities, gathering market data and act as a trusted partner for our external customers and internal business partners.
  • Build and maintain trustful, long-term relationships with existing customers via phone
  • Taking care of own customer portfolio and drive business growth by upsell/cross-sell activities
  • Take ownership on personal revenue targets and closing own contracts
  • Identify customer needs and pro-actively provide outcome-based solutions
  • Handle customers’ requests, provide expert advice and guide customers to a qualified purchasing decision
  • Perform in a team supported by best-in class sales tools
  • Develop expertise in the Energy industry


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Native in Spanish and proficiency in English both in written and verbal
  • Work experience in sales (telesales/telemarketing/account management/field sales) is essential
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Be an intelligent listener: first ask questions and listen carefully to the answers
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Be an intelligent fighter: never take NO as an answer
  • Ability to energize; pro-actively develop and build rapport in matrix organization
