Role Summary:
This role will be heavily associated with the oversight of manufacturing and machining processes tied to composite-based aviation components. Requires mastery of manufacturing process development and control in a complex process. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Define and control production process including tooling and equipment
  • Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment
  • Develop new solutions under in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
  • Work together with business leadership on process improvement projects
  • Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
  • Deliver products as part of a team
  • Work on cross functional teams
  • Lead analytical, design and manufacturing activities using proven technologies and manufacturing methods

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a High School diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering / Process Engineering)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering / Process Engineering
