Manages selected region to make sure the customers are getting enough pricing support
Coordinates the works of specialist and employees supporting the region, but also works independently on pricing quotes.
Works closely with Sales General Managers to align commercial and pricing strategy
Gathers information from cross-functions to support incoming tenders (Product Management, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance)
In cooperation with Product Management team prepares and communicates to the commercial team target/minimum prices on key products
Creates/revises price lists for the customers to follow the market dynamics and ensure profitable sales of GE's products
Supports new product introduction process by setting prices according to strategy agreed wit product management team
Follows the market feedbacks/market share information and proposes pricing actions accordingly
Analyzes weekly profitability reports to make sure that margin is above target level and look for any outliers that may need some corrections
Excellent English skills (written and verbal), other European language preferably French is an advantage
Senior level of experience in pricing
Ability to create complex analytics in MS Office Excel along with presenting the results in an easy and understandable way to stakeholders
Creativity and ability to come up with solutions
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Ability to work under time pressure
Courage to negotiate and present own ideas
Strong negotiation skills and readiness to defend his/her point of view with structured arguments
Quick decision making
High analytical skills
Commercial/Product Management background is an advantage
Working proficiency in French language is an advantage
Experience in people management is an advantage
Execution of projects on a cross-functional level is an advantage
Previous experience working in SAP is an advantage
