You will be working closely with various functions to deliver the best solutions to our GE Healthcare customers. You will gain invaluable experience working across various functions to achieve our common goal.
We are looking for a Garduate Administrator to help support the Operations Team with our Change Management process. Track and process change requests within the UKI region.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Ensure all change forms are reviewed internally and stored in the Change Database
Monitor the change mailbox and log all request for change requests
Update the Change Database and fill all fields with required information
Run metric reports monthly
Help support the Change manager during the weekly review calls
Manage the Change calendar, manage any changes to the diary
Attend weekly change advisor meetings and support Change Manager
Support team on internal projects
Support engineers on Change request queries
Previous work experience in IT/Professional Services company or business
Preferred ITIL Change Mgt experience
Excellent level in English
Strong communication skills (written & oral) ; ability to simplify complex situations
Ability to influence, drive consensus, acts as change agent. Result-oriented
Good organization skills
