Essential Responsibilities: • Perform special program implementation on site such as Handbook management, License application, 2nd inspection if required • Monitor Broker import and export transactions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and provide regular reporting of compliance metrics • Support business project and work with cross-functional teams to provide analysis & consultant • Deal with the import and export of abnormalities, review the Import related document of customs declaration • Application and update the customs registration system, support the handbook reconciliation. • Review customs broker KPI, metrics and monthly report • Check the billing of customs broker and classification vender, apply the cost • Provide the customs declaration data to support foreign exchange offset for finance • Metrics & reporting
Qualifications/Requirements: • Minimum experience of 5 years’ of in logistics / Bonded management and/or trade compliance related positions • BA Degree in Logistics, International Trade or equivalent, preferable with post-graduate qualifications in regulation, trade finance, supply chain
Desired Characteristics: • Experience with Harmonized Processing trade process , tariff Schedule, customs valuation, origin determination, customs & international processes
