Role Summary: Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Department shares knowledge acquired in concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety
Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards
Team management of salaried employees
Applies existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems or processes
Viewed internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline
Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams
Communicates solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operation Management

Chemical engineering experience
