Essential Responsibilities:
Supervisory responsibility for a team of Quality Associates, dedicated to the achievement of common SQCD (safety, quality, cost, delivery) targets. Together, with the assigned Quality Associates, responsible for process capability analysis and reporting (including FPY and CONQ), customer care (ACT administration), internal quality system auditing planning and facilitation and document control. Manage validation process for new standards proposed. Lead the Flash 30 meeting, as requested. Oversee between 1 and 3 people. Lead and manage the team to ensure performance standards, annual objectives, policies and procedures are met. Ensure the team has the right level of know-how and competency to perform their responsibilities through coaching and development. Regularly manage and review performance of employees. Report or resolve any non-conformances and process in a timely manner. Plan, co-ordinate and maintain the Unit’s Quality Management System to ensure effective planning, operation and control of the processes and meet the Quality objectives of the unit. Organize monitoring of the Quality Management System through internal and external audits and checks. Promote, drive and monitor the deployment of Quality systems, processes, tools and indicators in order to solve problems, reduce non-quality costs and improve the overall efficiency of the Unit. Ensure that the control procedures are formalized and applied in compliance with customer, ISO and legal requirements, and that the test and measuring equipment are properly and regularly calibrating as scheduled in the annual plan. Analyze the metrics and feedback associated with processes performance to identify deviations, root causes and prepare recommendations for improvement in performance. Promote and conduct the deployment of Quality in order to support improvement action plan (Basic Problem solving, 8D, PDCA, lean-6sigma, FMEA). Key User for the usage of Company’s Customer Care tool. Monitor the performance related to Customer Satisfaction through relationships, transactional surveys and ACT (Complaints management process & tool). Support the Factory Acceptance Test or Commissioning preparation, processes or events or other events when customer are physically involved at site.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in related occupation required. The position also requires 1 year experience with project management; 1 year experience with EHS (Environmental Health and Safety); 5 years experience with instrument transformer manufacturing processes; 5 years experience with instrument transformer quality requirements; 5 years experience with instrument transformer testing and inspection; 5 years experience with reading/interpreting drawings, standards and specifications; 3 years experience with statistical process analysis; 5 years experience with transformer failure diagnostics; 5 years experience with ISO 9001 requirements; and 5 years experience with internal quality management system auditing.
