Role Summary: The Lead Sales Manager for H-line turboprop aircraft engines is responsible for selling product, services, solutions, or projects within region of Russia and CIS. He/She contributes to sales plan and defines sales strategy for targeted clients and defined region.
Responsible for the customers in all aspects of account growth including strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communication.
Build customer relationships with the assigned customers
Manage and negotiate commercial and contractual risk.
Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain and grow the sales pipeline.
University degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with at least some experience in Sales).
Strong experience in Sales or Account Management in a relevant industrial segment
Proficiency in English and Russian languages
Proven selling and negotiating skills
Strong customer and relationship building skills
Highly motivated self-starter capable of driving sales and marketing activity in the region
Excellent communication, motivation and interpersonal skills
