Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for building and supporting Predix for Healthcare (PFH) Virtual Software Factory (VSF) Software Development, Continuous Integration, Provisioning, Delivery, Deployment and Monitoring capabilities in delivering PFH platforms to GE Healthcare solutions. Build Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline including Infrastructure and Environment Provisioning, Deployment and Monitoring tools to support, enhance and grow VSF capabilities for PFH. Improve productivity in development, integration and test automation. Provide customer support. Participate in team Operating Mechanisms and Workflow to drive innovation and continuous improvements in VSF offerings. Provide leadership in development of build and test automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment and delivery. Create automation scripts, User interface, and continuous integration systems to enhance and expand CI/CD services. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and support software development, CI/CD pipeline and release management. Identify and resolve bottlenecks. Participate and contribute towards global PFH Release Planning events. Provide strategic direction & implement state of the art VSF solutions and infrastructure to support global software development activities. Develop and manage build packages and deployment scripts. Responsible for build and test VMs (virtualized machine environment) set-up and maintenance. Automate and Integrate code analysis, test and review capabilities in CI framework. Support automation and integration of tools with web-based dashboards for displaying code, build, test results. Responsible for VSF Tools, Technology and Process assessment and evaluation. Work in a DevOps style scrum team based environment providing end-to-end VSF solutions. Collaborate with Global Engineering; Tools; IT; Architecture; Program; QA teams to influence and drive DevOps best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in a related occupation required. The position also requires: 5 years experience with software development, cloud/online service engineering/ automation or cloud/online service operations; 3 years experience engineering horizontally scalable, elastic cloud/online services; 5 years experience with System administration, windows and Linux like operating system environments; and 5 years experience with some or all of software development (IDE), Source Code Management (SCM), build/test/deploy tools like Perforce, SVN, Git, Electric Commander, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Artifactory.
