Ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials to support production and sales. Work to resolve Materials issues while achieving and maintaining inventory business metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
Overall ownership of material ordering, availability, and scheduling ensuring all inventory levels are within minimum and maximum specified ranges.
Rescheduling materials for pull ins (expedites) and push outs (for inventory control).
Daily Shortage root cause investigation and resolution.
Provide supply analysis data and recommendations as necessary.
Support and execute inventory reporting for overall inventory analysis.
Execute purchasing and planning process for Silver Preferred, LCS Repair, DI Repair, Probe Repair, and Goldseal.
Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of, and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Knowledge & understanding of production process work instructions & operates within them.
Ensures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRs.
Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma & 5 yrs material experience or production scheduling.
