Role Summary:
The Quality Administrator preforms administrative and support activities for quality document control.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Quality Administrator, you will:

  • Review quality records for accuracy to specifications
  • Work with 3rd party inspectors to ensure quality documents are signed timely
  • Scan quality records and storing in repository
  • Verify part set-outs prior to assembly
  • Transpose hand written quality records to digital format
  • Manage request for material test reports and quality records from customers
  • Create certificates of conformity
  • Manage eye exams for all required personnel

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Handle business sensitive and confidential information
  • Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
  • Consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines

    Desired Characteristics:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Previous Quality Administrator Role
  • Ability to multitask daily
  • Sense of urgency with issues and task
  • High energy level, Self-starter
  • Quality documentation experience
