Role Summary: Within the Military PS&CS Organization the Project Leader is responsible to build and manage the Kuwait multinational Export Service Contract. In this role, he/she will be responsible to set-up an “ad hoc” multidisciplinary platform integrating the functions and processes needed to deliver an Integrated Customer Support Service and support from a Customer/Product Support perspective any new Proposals/ Contracts preparation and negotiation as required.
Plan and Lead an Integrated Project Team to design and deliver the Customer Support Service;
Ensure that all enabling factors and proper cross-functional processes are identified and implemented in order to meet the “on time/quality” Service contractual deliverables;
Support Military OTR Organization and Eurojet Kuwait Program Management to deliver Service contract obligations and achieve Customer satisfaction;
Be primary point of contact inside Company and Eurojet for on any topic related to Kuwait program in terms of Service & Customer Support;
Liaise and maintain proper links with Customers and Eurojet;
Liaise with all Company departments in order to define technical and infrastructural requirements of the In Country facility according to the Service contractual deliveries;
Set up Service and Customer Support team for the In Country support;
Conduct Risk Analysis to reduce risks and maximize opportunities to the benefit of both Customer and Company;
Pursue Customer satisfaction to be monitored also through a set of KPI, and with specific reference to fleet availability;
Drive the Digital innovation into the Kuwait program;
Participate in new Proposals/Contracts preparation and negotiation as required case by case.
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering or a technical high school diploma,
Knowledge of MRO and CRO processes; Established experience in project management and related skills;
Experience in multinational /multicultural environment ;
Experience on infrastructure / facility requirements and related operations;
Good knowledge of military propulsion systems and Aerospace Service and Customer Support;
Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven ability to effectively manage a matrix team / organization;
Fluent written and spoken Italian and English;
EU work permit;
Eligible for NATO Security Clearance;
Ability and willingness to travel also abroad as necessary.
Good communications skills; Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems;
