Role Summary:

The Site Manager will be responsible for Digital Workplace Services and Support for the site. The role will report to the VP, Premium Digital Workplace Services and Support. The selected individual will be responsible for managing key stakeholders within the business to ensure high levels of satisfaction for the IT services delivered to end users.

Essential Responsibilities:

The selected individual will be responsible for building strong relationships within the global and regional IT teams and leverage skills from those teams to drive user adoption of new products and services and to deliver continuous service improvement.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and functional leadership and core DT teams.
  • Understand business objectives, drivers and technology focus areas.
  • Advise business teams on technology issues and opportunities; participate in business unit activities such as customer visits, due diligence, and staff meetings
  • Partner with other functional leaders in support of site initiatives; advise on DT solutions and ensure DT standards are upheld
  • Organize and participate in infrastructure operations reviews, and project/work portfolio reviews
  • Assist business and centralized DT management in planning DT Initiatives and act as the liaison between Business and core technology teams.
  • Ensure that expectations are met and ensure high customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against SLAs
  • Provide effective needs analysis, project management, customer service and problem resolution and ensure Root Cause Analysis for issues.
  • Provide guidance and direction in regards to Core Technology processes and tools
  • Manage communications effectively between Core Technology, Corporate CIO’s and the business
  • Support infrastructure aspects of business acquisitions and integrations, including security, data center management, midrange computing/servers, network, telecomm, email, client services and facilities integrations
  • Act as focal point for Core Technology leadership & Corporate CIO’s within Region
  • Define priorities in conjunction with CIO’s, customers and Core Technology Service leaders
  • Establish and lead Site Service delivery team


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or business with at least 7 years of work experience OR equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic vision & planning with respect to business value
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, including demonstrated ability to effectively manage resources and multiple projects of various diverse scopes
  • A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience leading project teams, driving engagement, influencing and working seamlessly across multiple functions in a matrix type setting
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

  • Excellent interpersonal, written / verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence and make recommendations to all levels
  • Strong business acumen & successful track record in aligning with business partners
  • Significant experience as a change agent with demonstrated ability to drive results• Black Belt Certification / Demonstrated experience with Lean initiatives
  • IMLP / EIMP graduate
  • ITIL management process knowledge, experience and / or certification
  • Fastworks/Agile Experience
  • Project Management (PMP) certification
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with limited direction
