Role Summary: Key leadership support function within Working Capital Solutions' operations structure responsible for all day-to-day operational, process improvement and simplification activities that are not specifically assigned to AR Specialists, TL’s, DRCs or Client Operations Manager.
Essential Responsibilities: • Continuous on-the-job coaching and support of the AR Specialists on key Collections processes as defined in the I2C Enterprise Standard • Monitor collection performance, gap analysis via knowledge-test and implementation of corrective actions; • Implement and monitor key strategic projects like Correspondence, reduction in billing errors and utilization of CA/CIM tool as applicable and overall improvement in ES adherence score • Ensure all collection SOPs and materials meet with relevant organizational policies and are updated in a timely manner • Look for synergies across portfolios and drive implementation of best practices both within and across sites • Support manager and TLs on various projects and initiatives of GSO and WCS, as well as IF, GE Capital… • Identify and mitigate key process risks by highlighting to the control team and acting as first line of defense • Provide system support (GECARS) on multiple enhancements, UAT, etc. • Act as technical trainers to organize and deliver training on process, system, projects to the team including both new hire training and ongoing training; • Backup resource for other tasks such as WCS syndication ops, TPS services, and IF lease ops; • Support site leader on WCS China site work;
Qualifications/Requirements: • University degree in Finance / Economics or equivalent • Experienced in AR collection • Project management experience • Detail oriented and hands on ability to work • Good English communication (oral and written) • Good interpersonal skill and coordination skill to work with different stakeholders • Able to work under pressure and deliver result on time • Advanced PC skills: Excel, Power Point, Word • Good analytical and presentation skill • People management experience NOT a must
