Role Summary: The Quality Methods and Processes department is looking for a Quality Engineering professional to be responsible for governing the development of new and improving existing processes related to Measurement Systems Calibration, Measurement Systems Verifications, including maintaining relevant documentation, training plants and Global Support Functions staff, etc.
Essential Responsibilities: You will work within the following areas:
Drive Measurement Systems Calibration processes
Drive Measurement system Analysis (Gauge R&R)
Maintain relevant documentation and processes
Train staff within the plants and functions on relevant processes and procedures
Manage/participate in key quality improvement projects
Provide expertise to Production Facilities and Global Support Functions
You will work closely with stakeholders, such as Production facilities, Global Process Engineering, Product Development, Customer Quality and other functions, located in all around the world in our production sites
We expect that you have a Bachelor degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical or Quality Engineering or equivalent knowledge or experience
Extensive working experience with proven experience in direct Engineering and/or Quality, working with Measurements Systems, Calibration and Gauge R&R
We prefer candidates with a background in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt level)
