Role Summary: OTR Specialist is responsible for ensuring first class OTR (Order To Remittance) processes and execution in order entry and systems, providing strong business partnership with Sales and Responsible for Logistic (shipments from distribution points)
Ensure high quality OTR process (Order Entry, Fulfillment check, Date management, Invoicing)
Coordinating and communicating shipment delivery requirements with distribution and freight forwarders
Support sourcing and replenishment activities for order fulfilment of Purchase to Stock materials
Interface with all internal and external customers (ITO (Inquiries To Order), Marketing, Sales, Service, Supply chain, Logistics, DP, PM…) to assure on time delivery (SCOT; Ship Complete On Time) and high quality order fulfilment.
Answer all questions and ensure correspondence with internal and external customers on all topics related to Order Management.
Manage credit and returns, FOC (Free Of Charge) supply (Claim handling)
Manage customer formalities
Responsible for timely, accurate reporting
Driving to identify and implement continuous process improvements
Minimum 3 years’ order management, International trading experiences
Work experience in a cross-functional, global team environment
Good written and verbal communication in English
Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics related fields.
Oracle order management experience.
Experience in import/export and/or customs
Tax invoicing experience.
Flight booking, shipment arrange experience in a freight forwarding company
