Baker Hughes, a GE Company has an opportunity for a Drilling Services Test Rig Management position within our Testing and Engineering Services Department in Celle, Germany.
Responsible for test rig operations in general including meeting HS&E and Quality culture
Responsible for the Test Rig being fit for purpose and being maintained according to European standards and regulations
Ensures Drilling Plan is in line with Drilling Services Technology development projects and key stakeholders
Leads employee development, talent management and workforce planning
Responsible for the drilling units operating in accordance with contractual obligations as well as meeting the relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering, Geotechnical or Drilling engineering
Extensive knowledge of principles, concepts, theories and practices for drilling and rig operations
Excellent organization skills
Excellent communication skills
Extensive technical knowledge of facilities, processes and equipment regarding drilling and rig operations
Strong management and leadership skills
Strong budgetary and business acumen
