Role Summary: LM Wind Power is growing and we are therefore strengthening our engineering team in Test&Validation. Do you want to work in an environment of innovation and knowledge sharing between approximately 80 engineers and highly skilled technicians in our Test and Validation Center in Denmark and India?

Essential Responsibilities: Our Test Engineering department is looking for innovative test engineers to work with the mechanical testing of composite materials. Working in the range from small coupon testing up to full scale testing of wind turbine blades. Development, verification and validation of new and existing test methods, equipment and documentation are a part of the daily tasks.
As senior engineer you will be the link between technology projects and the development workshops:
You will be at the forefront of testing composite materials for blades
You will develop new test methods and equipment for our laboratory and for worldwide use in our test facilities
You will coordinate the execution of test engineering activities together with the test team
You will ensure compliance with ISO17025 and a large scale of other standards
You have a Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering
Strong experience within manufacture and testing of composites, including development and setup of new test methods, execution, evaluation and reporting of test activities
English is our corporate language, and we expect that you have good communication skills in written and spoken English
Experience in measurement systems, LabView and LEAN and six sigma methodologies would be an advance
