Role Summary:
As a member of the Global Supply Chain Lean team, the Lead Brilliant Factory Engineer will provide leadership and direction to improve operational performance through the assessment, design, coordination and implementation of lean continuous improvement methodologies.

Essential Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:
  • Coach, train and mentor site leadership on the fundamentals and principals of Lean Manufacturing
  • Be expected to resolve problems through the application of lean methodologies
  • Work together with the Lean Team to implement the Brilliant Factory in Las Vegas
  • Lead projects and develop solutions to problems under the guidance of the Global Lean Leader
  • Communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Present to internal teams on metrics, project status and research

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED
    with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing)
  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience

  • Strongly desired 7 years or more of Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Strong grasp of the fundamentals and principles of Lean Manufacturing
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to train employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability
