Role Summary: The Advanced Interventional Clinical Specialist is responsible for leading complex clinical discussions during the sales cycle and articulating the value proposition of our advanced software applications. This role provides clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstration of the full capability of our advanced applications and supports complex cases onsite, post-sale. He/she is engaged with Key Opinion Leaders, creating case studies and presentations for congresses.
Essential Responsibilities: 1. Perform duties of clinical education specialist 2. Serve as subject matter expert for modality/team, project management, sales, customer satisfaction/escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests 3. Oversee the modality schedulingid backlog tracking to ensure specialist engagement and applied time 4. Coordinate with other zones team leads to assist customer training requests; best practice sharing 5. Monitor and drive team operational and data quality metrics 6. Work with zone manager and team specialists to ensure engagement in all HQ based NPI and ongoing training 7. Assist zone manager with financial forecasting of applied time deliverables 8. Drive consultative applications services 9. Provide administrative and operational leadership that results in efficient day-to-day operations of the team 10. Assist in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of clinical education specialists 11. Assist in developing, coaching and mentoring employees 12. Work with zone manager to drive business initiatives and promote overall morale & teamwork 13. Represent on behalf of zone manager as required
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. BS/BA, Associates or RT certification 2. 5 years clinical experience. 3. Experience in Interventional Radiology, Hybrid OR, Neuro-Interventional 4. Demonstrated leadership capability 5. Exceptional interpersonal and management skills 6. Work with product experts to ensure clinical team engagement in KOL/reference sites and pre-sales demonstrations, as needed 6.Has ability to work in high-pressure environments and places personal and business integrity at forefront
Desired Characteristics: 1. 10+ years clinical experience 2. 5 years of specific modality experience 3. Superior interpersonal and communication skills, professional disposition and demeanor 4. Makes presentations and undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence
