Role Summary:
In this role you will support the Project Management Staff manager of GE Power Service South Europe.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Responsibilities of this position will include:

  • Support KPI definition and creation of metric package
  • Support the industrialization of Program/Process to drive Project Management best practice and productivity initiative implementation.
  • Operation performance analysis
  • Support Planning Team to analyze historical data and build accurate outage database
  • Support Operation team in driving program operating rhythm.

    Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in technical or finance field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English is required; an additional language would be advantageous.
  • EU work permit

      Self-Starter, proactive, dynamic, flexible and team player.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process skills.
    • Project Management and technical field interest.
    • Working knowledge of statistical and probabilistic modeling, advanced spreadsheet and database expertise.
    • Ability to work effectively in a culturally and highly matrixed environment.
