Role Summary:

Finance leader will own financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting financial performance of our SLP plant including $4.5 million in functional expense, $12 million of Inventory, & 1 million in UX variance.

The employee will also assist with areas of the Services Shops in Mexico.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, forecasts, reviews, reports, and controllership of SLP.

  • Ensure proper controllership and financial support is being met at the SLP plant and warehouse.

  • Lead the forecasting and reporting of UX variance while providing the operations the tools they need to understand and operationalize targets.

  • Consolidate financial & operating metrics, analyzing key drivers of results; Identify risks and opportunities, as well as actions to mitigate risk and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Lead and mentor manufacturing team on financial metrics and how they correlate to operational performance.

  • Drive controllership through audits and analysis, highlighting issues and driving process improvements.

  • Develop models to perform scenario analyses quickly and accurately.

  • Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting or Finance.

  • Minimum 4 years relevant accounting/finance experience.

  • Knowledge of functional financial processes.

  • Communication and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated analytical, process, and problem solving skills.

  • Results-oriented problem solver with the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Good interpersonal skill and a team player.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in Hyperion and Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
