Role Summary: As a member of the Global Supply Chain Lean team, the Lead Brilliant Factory Engineer will provide leadership and direction to improve operational performance through the assessment, design, coordination and implementation of lean continuous improvement methodologies.
Essential Responsibilities: In addition, you will:
Coach, train and mentor site leadership on the fundamentals and principals of Lean Manufacturing
Be expected to resolve problems through the application of lean methodologies
Work together with the Lean Team to implement the Brilliant Factory in Las Vegas
Lead projects and develop solutions to problems under the guidance of the Global Lean Leader
Communicate with all levels of the organization
Present to internal teams on metrics, project status and research
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing)
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience
