Role Summary: Lead Global Marketing organization for the Bently Nevada & Control Solutions product lines as part of the Digital Solutions business for Baker Hughes, a GE Company. Collect, interpret and report on market research. Job has direct impact on business results of the higher organizational unit by taking important decisions and/or implies advising business & functional leaders about their policies. Understanding of broader implications for the entire organization unit is necessary.
Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Global Marketing Leader – Bently & Controls you will:
Collect, validate, maintain and update relevant information about markets and competitors
Supply market share data, perspectives on market trends and competitor activities, market forecasts, and pricing information
Provide analyses to support strategic thinking and operational decision making
Develop a clear vision the business and the strategy of the business in close interaction with business management
Be able to lead the team in complex issues
Develop midterm vision the own function in relation to the business
Contribute to the strategic plan of higher unit (be it function or business unit)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Product Line and/or Services
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
