Essential Responsibilities: In the role for Plant Manager, you will:
Protect our employees and the environment
Deliver world class quality results in a highly technical product environment
Deliver best in class delivery results in a medium volume high mix product environment with ~13,000 active part numbers
Lead productivity efforts working in a “Fastworks” environment across the engineering, product line, and supply chain functions
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Technology from an accredited university or college
Minimum 10 years Operations experience in Engineering, Materials, Production Planning, Quality, HSE, Lean Six Sigma
Lead by example, ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment across all business functions
Experience working hands on with customers to deliver sustainable results and solutions which meet and exceed their expectations
Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency, striving to differentiate the Bently product portfolio across the globe
Strategic Thinker who can both develop and execute a manufacturing supply chain strategy that aligns with our customer’s needs, enables growth, and deliveries sustainable results with a continuous improvement mindset
Proficiency in Workplace Safety, Quality Management Systems, Materials Management, Lean Manufacturing, Finance, Six Sigma & Fastworks
