Essential Responsibilities:
Assist in the analysis, design and development of a road-map and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint. Gather and analyze data and develop architectural requirements at project level. Support the development software and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses. Guide and provide technical leadership to the engineering team and coordinate technical implementation in a global environment with scrum teams in the US and Germany. Provide high-class technical solutions. Provide technical documentation, like detail product definition, technical risk review. Conduct and lead technical design session, like technical design reviews (TDR), FMEA. Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities. Work on multiple projects as a project leader or internal consultant. Work on projects for components of the domain. Participate in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction. Present technical solutions to leadership team and senior architects.

Qualifications/Requirements:
The primary requirements are a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors [Science, Technology, Engineering (any) and Math], and eight (8) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor’s degree experience in a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors [Science, Technology, Engineering (any) and Math], and 6 years of experience in a related occupation. The position also requires 5 years of experience in software development related to .NET, C#, WCF, WPF, WinForms, Entity Framework (EF) and LINQ; 3 years of experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), SOLID principals, Software Design Patterns, UML and BDD/SpecFlow; and 3 years of experience using Microsoft SQL server, IIS and TFS.
