Role Summary:
Focus on projects / process improvement to ensure that processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems. Minimize risk of poor quality. (eg-Master Black Belt and Black Belt). Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

In addition you will :


  • Certified, or in process of certification, Lean Six Sigma (BB / MBB)
  • Lead improvement projects with a goal of enhanced performance
  • Develop new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
  • Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB level
  • Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
  • Deliver products as part of a team
  • Work on cross functional teams
  • Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods

    Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Process Improvement
  • Certified with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
