Role Summary:
The Manufacturing Programs Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional areas area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
The individual module leaders will report into this leader.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership for ATP delivery execution, including development certification.
  • Define overall requirements, develop the program plans necessary to achieving individual and team goals and lead the execution of manufacturing program plans.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to achieve delivery goals
  • Partner with the Supply Chain sites and External suppliers to proactively communicate overall Program status and achieve individual performance objectives.
  • Serve as manufacturing representative for PCB, Tollgate and Technical reviews.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Very strong experience in program/project management manufacturing, engineering, or sourcing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Prior experience with customer interfacing and negotiations ·
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute operating rhythms and detailed project plans.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience reporting out to leadership.
  • Ability to make decisions in the face of limited or conflicting data.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
