Role Summary:
Do you want to work as a Production Supervisor in our Molding and Post Molding area for our Little Rock Plant?

Essential Responsibilities:
As the Production Supervisor, you will:

  • Spend at last 90% of each day coordinating the team
  • Manage headcount: time registration of team members, plan people allocation
  • Review status against the standard process and develop corrective actions
  • Perform tasks and consistently to the Work Instructions and ensures corrective actions are taking place
  • React in case of problems: flag up critical job delays that will cause deviation to the standard process and mold / CGF cycle time to the Blade Production Managers
  • Maintain mold / CGF areas in a tidy condition, put tools in proper area, and keep working area free from hazards
  • Comply with and enforce the regulation that has been established by Direction on matters of HR (Human Resources) and Health and Safety at Work
  • Ability to work B or C Shift



Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or in a business field (OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment


Desired Characteristics:
  • Minimum of 5 years technical manufacturing experience, including supervision of hourly employees
  • Use of Lean Production systems
  • Business and product awareness
  • Structured approach and have the ability to identify and analyze and find practical solutions to ongoing process issues
  • Process oriented mindset and a broad knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools and methods
  • Team player and result driven and able to complete tasks with little supervision
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English
