Role Summary: Has prime responsibility for the design, maintenance and administration of GE Aviation, Engine Services - Singapore's Quality System and to work effectively with all functions at all levels to ensure that Quality Systems requirements are understood and adhered to by all.
Another major role is the design, development and delivery of regulatory training courses.
Essential Responsibilities: 1) Prepare curriculum, training material and recurrent training material to a defined standard. 2) Teach formal classroom training courses such as but not limited to policy, procedures, maintenance paperwork, safety, Human Factors, airworthiness regulations, recurrent training and other subjects. 3) Revise training curriculum and serve as subject matter expert. 4) Design, maintain and administer GE Aviation – Singapore’s Quality System. 5) Initiating, updating and maintaining QCWIs and other quality documents as and when required. 6) Evaluate and audit vendor for any farmout work. Define quality requirement for farmout work. 7) Be in control of the Technical Library. Assure all data are up-to-date and that revisions are distributed to all Engineers affected.
Qualifications/Requirements: 1) Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). 2) At least 3-4 years of experience in Aviation Quality Systems 3) Background in Aviation industry 4) Strong preference for teaching experience in regulatory training
