Role Summary:
Lead FE competency & primary FE readiness improvement by providing technical trainings & coaching in English & Chinese

Essential Responsibilities:
 Lead FE competency & primary FE readiness improvement by providing technical trainings & coaching in English & Chinese
 Develop training plan to meet training needs, and support new product introductions/ IB growth
 Develop training solutions by working with source pole engineering, US Healthcare Institute training teams and training specialist.
 Deliver training in appropriate delivery formats
 Improve training quality to be tracked by training quality matrices, such as NPS and satisfaction score
 Provide support to field service team and customer.
 Drive digital service skill improvement
 Develop competency tests and evaluations
 Design training material with support of HCI team
 For EHS responsibility of ATC Instructors, please refer to the OHSAS Manual to find details. ( 4.4.1-3-10&4.4.1-3-4)

Qualifications/Requirements:
 Technical competence
 Expertise and knowledge of modality products & Service.
 Field & online service experience > 5 years.
 Complete product course.
 Instructor skills
 Understand adult learning process.
 Good presentation and communication skills (Complete Communication, Facilitation, Presentation and Train the trainer training).
 Able to work across culture remotely.
 Language skills
 Fluent in English and Chinese
