Role Summary: The facility in Peterborough specializes in providing outsourced water treatment solutions to customers in a wide range of industries. These projects can range from emergencies requiring immediate response to multiyear projects which are highly structured. The Project Execution Specialist will lead our temporary water treatment projects from the point of order until production commences at customer sites.
Essential Responsibilities: • Understand project pipeline by working collaboratively with the sales and commercial engineering teams. It will be critical to understand the contract deliverables of each project and deliver these on time. • Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure project success. It is especially important to smoothly transition the project to the Project Management team, who will manage the remainder of the contract duration. • Manage fleet allocation to each project and plan equipment allocations for future jobs. • Work with engineering and Production teams to deliver customized solutions if required by the contract • Work alongside the Logistics providers to ensure the project is deployed to the customer in a safe but timely manner. • Act as a central point between stake holders to ensure all functions are aligned to customer schedule and understand their specific deliverables. • Prepare packing lists of support equipment and manage their preparation with the production team. • Launch projects within the SAP platform & complete activities such as equipment assignment, customer billing and project purchasing. • Coordinate deliverables with customers to keep them informed of status. • Manage small Mobile Water projects from start to finish • Carry out continuous improvement projects to further build our quality and capability. • Reviews project KPI's & performance and report project performance to stakeholders • Provide hands on practical support as required • Participate in the site ISO Quality program by becoming an internal Auditor • Provide out of hours’ phone and email support on a duty rota • Support the facility EHS Framework and regulatory compliance efforts • International travel up to 20% of time
Qualifications/Requirements: • Mechanical or Chemical engineer degree or equivalent knowledge and experience • Exceptional customer focus • Experience in Water treatment industry or experience in project management • Flexibility • Availability to travel within assigned region • Possession of driving license required • Tools Proficiency with PC skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
