Role Summary: The Lead Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Essential Responsibilities: · Execute the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements · Provide technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project · Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures · Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments · Participate on teams assigned to address organizational initiatives and generic issues · Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews · Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures 1) Lead product design, development, modifying, and cost reducing effort according to project plan and design rule 2) Support marketing, manufacturing and FMA 3) Sustain old product 4) Coach & support the junior EE or fresh graduate for their design projects
Qualifications/Requirements: 1) Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering major or above，MS EE is preferred. 2) At least 6 years design experience in power electronics - high frequency switch mode power supply area 3) Very familiar with various AC/DC, DC-DC topologies (Such as half and full bridge, fly back, buck/boost, forward, LLC and others) and their theory, good understand magnetic design related to switch mode power supply. 4) Must be a good team leader to set the good model to other team members and able to lead a project team. Work under pressure and meet the project schedule, target cost and product performance. Independently solves project issues, challenges, problems, delivers the required results. 5) Good communication skill in both English and Chinese.
