Role Summary: As part of the Health Care Systems Europe Service Operations, the On-Line Center team is providing technical expertise to deliver to our customers the best service at optimized cost.
Your primary mission in this role (70%) will consist in delivering the CT modality trainings in our European training center located in Budapest as a trainer. For the remaining part of the role, you will support the field service engineers based in Europe on the CT products. It does include reactive daily support as well as proactive support (Product Solution databases, technical seminars, advanced trainings…). You will also be Field Service representative in New Product Introduction, as part of cross functional program teams, to influence Service Design specifications and validate product readiness prior introduction.
The role consists in:
Delivering the CT modality trainings to our field Service team in our European training center located in Budapest (70%)
Support /coach our field teams for installation, preventive, FMI and corrective jobs for best efficiency and in full compliance with Quality & Regulatory requirements
Define all service requirements during a new product introduction and validate the trainings, documentation, serviceability, remote diagnostic, spare parts availability, etc.
Provide feedbacks about technical issues to various functions (engineering, manufacturing, quality, marketing) to improve service, product quality and reliability
Testify of a trainer’s experience or of a great interest in education in general
Be comfortable in facing an audience of ~10 technical experts and leading a discussion
Be open minded with ability to develop strong relationship with a multicultural and multifunctional team
