Baker Hughes, a GE Company is seeking a Field Service Coordinator based in Denver, CO.
Coordinates and supervises activities of service and technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration and technical support.
Responsible for multiple or single products/services in single legal entities.
Monitors daily progress of job(s) or project(s).
Works independently under general supervision, requiring normal guidance and review. Provides technical guidance and work direction to field staff.
Manages the development of field staff and ensures compliance to company’s Competency Management Program.
Handles special projects, as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent
8+ years of experience in an oilfield operations environment.
Thorough understanding of the Drilling Services directional drilling product line(s)/service(s) in the Rocky Mountain area to include Co., Wy., and ND basins.
Thorough understanding of customer requirements.
Thorough understanding of processes and procedures of the operating area. Proficient in the use of PC's.
Ability to use specialized skills, knowledge and techniques in problem recognition and solution development.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
