Role Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering specific revenue targets for the Ultrasound Business in Belux. For clarity, this will include but is not limited to Ultrasound Service contracts, Probe repairs (Unisyn), and Account management.
Specialized knowledge in, as well sales experience as an expert in the field will be necessary to execute the job.
Presents and sells Ultrasound Service sales product portfolio
Identifies new prospects across all Ultrasound segments and feed to appropriate Service/Sales Team members
Delivers service revenue objectives within geographical zone (across Service offers portfolio: Focused on Service Contracts, non-contract business, probe repair, O&U and solutions)
Work closely with Internal Sales Specialists, Service Delivery Team & Equipment Sales Team
Focals sales contact for all major accounts within area. Manages strategic relationship
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Identifies business opportunities within his/her zone particularly to increase share and maximize Ultrasound service sales revenues
Responsible for major accounts prospecting and sales for defined zone (Belgium & Luxembourg)
Responsible for all service revenues in the assigned zone (Belgium & Luxembourg)
Proactively works with Equipment Sales Manager and his team
Work closely with Imaging Service Account Leaders
Ability to coach / drive people on commercial side with no hierarchy links (“management by influence”)
Participates in and develops customer account strategies with Commercial Service Leader, Director of Service and their teams
Follows up on Orders/Sales with the Business Operations Teams
Develops customer relationships at all levels from system operators to Board level to promote Service offerings
Provides inputs to Region Service Marketing Manager to increase strategies efficiency
Responsible for Service Sales campaigns execution
Promotes and sells Service image and tools (Customer Service Center, Academy…)
Bachelor’s degree and experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field
Selling and negotiation skills
Board level negotiator
Cardiology/Radiology or Healthcare professional
Comprehensive knowledge of Service products and equipment modalities
Service Environment knowledge
Installed base knowledge
Language requirements: Dutch and French fluently. Good knowledge in English
