Role Summary: As a Marketing Automation Developer you need to understand how to accelerate growth by creating scalable marketing programs through automation. You have a passion for operational efficiency and thrive on driving revenue through automation, create platform independent HTML/CSS templates optimized for deliverability.
Deep understanding of Marketo campaign setup, optimization, and development
Technical setup of marketing campaigns
Administrate marketing automation platform connected to a CRM system
Deliver reports and develop dashboards for campaign tracking and attribution
Develop optimized HTML landing pages for mobile/desk top viewing
Create the HTML templates & necessary development work to handle email campaign launches through Market
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university (or high school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in marketing and marketing automation)
Marketo certified expert
Minimum 2+ years of experience creating reports in Marketo and Salesforce and using HTML emails and landing page layout in Marketo
Advanced MS Office and Salesforce skills
Solid experience with marketing automation / email service provider or tool (Marketo preferred)
Solid understanding of workflow processes and systems to optimize marketing and sales productivity
Ability to work cooperatively across departments
Understanding of modern marketing
Strong knowledge of marketing automation / email marketing best practices
Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box
Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines
Demonstrated project management skills, excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
