Role Summary: Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing hourly employees and the payroll incidences.
Attend production meetings AC and DC.
Responsible for Lamination Warehouse and housekeeping on floor
Coordinate weekly inventory on floor.
Report and follow up to maintenance of equipment/machines through PMPRO system.
Prepare a weekly efficiency report.
Promote EHS initiatives like "Angel Program" and " zero accidents" in the area.
Support programming of new lamination prototypes
Achieve 90% of accomplishments according MES.
Define priorities and routs to bring lamination to all areas according targets.
Expected to resolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent.
Works together with people from other areas as Quality, EHS, Engineering and Manufacturing.
Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
Presents to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.}
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with 3-5 years of experience in Operations Supervision
Strong Knowledge on SMED, punching dies maintenance, stamping and notching processes.
