Essential Responsibilities: 1. Identify training requests, consolidate training needs, make annual training plan and implement the scheduled training program. 2. Monitor the training process and make analysis for training process improvement. 3. Control the training budget, improve the training efficient. 4. Manage site training school smoothly, support FDI, EHS, Quality related training and etc.. 5. Assist in employee communication and engagement programs. 6. Assist in developing and implementing talent development and management initiatives. 7. Assist in HR ISO procedure documents writing and ISO audit. 8. Other work assigned by DM.
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above with 3-5 years’ experience in HR function. 2. Self-motivated and self-directed. Ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. 3. Excellent PC skill (MS office - word, excel, PPT, etc.). 4. Good command of English both in verbal and written.
